We collect the information we legally need to form your company. This includes the names and residential addresses of all company directors and shareholders.

We also collect and analyze information to evaluate how visitors use our website. Information we collect includes pages visited on CompanyFormation.co.nz, referring search engine, search terms, browser type, operating system, internet service provider and IP address.

If you are paying by credit card you will be redirected to a secure server at The National Bank. We do not collect, store or have access to your credit card information.

How we use your information

The information you provide us is used to form your company, prepare your company documentation and register your domain name.

Who we share your information with

The information provided in your application will be submitted to the Companies Registrar.

You will receive the appropriate Inland Revenue forms for IRD number application, GST registration and employer registration. We do not, however, pass on any of your information to Inland Revenue.

If you choose to register a domain name this will be processed by The Hosting Company.

Company Formation Specialists Limited will not sell, rent or lease your information to others.

Company Formation Specialists Limited strives to keep your information accurate. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain customer data accuracy.

We will provide you with access to your information and the opportunity to change your information.

Credit card processing is handled by The National Bank who use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but them. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.
